Albert Tribuiani is an artist and décor specialist who has been in business for fifty-six years. Right out of trade school, Albert began creating custom rooms and décor for customers around the world. His clients include some of today’s hottest celebrities, sports stars, and television personalities.
In the early 1960’s Albert was one of the only artist to create six-foot long light-up murals for customers across the United States. In 1968, Albert created a lamp for his then newborn daughter. A children’s furniture storeowner from 5th Avenue in New York City caught sight of Albert’s lamp and insisted that Albert create a line for his chain of children and teen furniture stores.
From that time on Albert began creating children’s décor and murals centered on the material and ideas that his clients present him. Through the years, Albert has created art for some of the world’s most well-known furniture’s stores including: Bellini’s, USA BABY, Louis of London, Colistics, Carol’s Furniture, Goldfingers, Small World, M&B New York, and many more.
Each order is customized to the needs of the client. Each piece is cutout by hand and painted by Albert with detail to match the fabrics and décor that you choose for your child’s room. Albert signs every item; however, if you will look closely you will see a “J” before his signature. This “J” is in remembrance of Albert’s sister, Jacquelyn Tribuiani, who pasted away of cancer in 2001. Jacquelyn was and still is an inspiration to Albert and to those who had the pleasure to meet her.
Albert currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife and still enjoys creating one-of-a-kind pieces for clientele all over the world.
